Practice of Presence - Movement Class in Shenington Village Hall May/June 2026
Join Charlotte for a movement practice rooted in presence, designed to support spinal health, mobility, and a sense of internal quiet.
The core of the class is built upon dynamic sequencing inspired by Space n Flow yoga. Using a grounded relationship with the breath, we complete a 30 minute dynamic warm up then move through a sequence designed to unlock the spine and encourage a sense of spaciousness throughout the entire body, before resting briefly with a meditation and sound.
These sessions offer a thoughtful blend of disciplines and Charlotte’s fifteen years of yoga practice, drawing on the gentle longevity of Qi Gong, the mindful precision of Pilates, and the restorative depth of Yin Yoga.
To join: £12 for a single session/six classes for price of five. Concessions are available—please do reach out if cost is a barrier; everyone is welcome.
What to bring: Please bring something to drink, a yoga mat and an optional layer or small blanket for the end of class.
Fluid Resonance - a Floating Sound Bath
Join Charlotte and Charmaine for a unique experience. Resting on water, immersed in sound, every cell of your body receiving a resonant reminder of vitality.
You will be assisted to lie on an inflatable mattress on the surface of an indoor pool, held by the water beneath you, while Charlotte’s Crystal Tones alchemy bowls, drum, voice and other instruments weave a soundscape around you. Supported in this way the body tends to release its vigilance in a way that even the deepest floor-based relaxation cannot always reach.
Most people enter states of rest that daily life rarely allows.
What to bring: A change of clothes (just in case — although we have never had a dunk!).
Location: Stone Edge, Wroxton Heath, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 6EU - parking is limited, so please share lifts if you can. This is why we also offer a discount when you purchase additional tickets.
Please note this experience is contraindicated for the first and third trimesters of pregnancy, those with epilepsy or recently fitted metal plates. Contact Charlotte with any questions.

Pilates and...
In collaboration with Woodstock Pilates, join us for this special session combining pilates, sound and herbal tea.
Join us for a delicious pilates session to engage with your core then resting deeply with a guided visualisation and sound bath before closing with a herbal brew to comfort and nourish your system and open into your dreams.
Charlotte has worked with sound for over a decade offering journeys with crystal singing bowls, flute, voice, chimes and more. It is particularly enjoyable to rest with sound after the exertion of pilates.
Energetically the pelvic bowl is your root and foundation, and holds the creative portal where we alchemise the seeds of our visions into reality. Engaging the physical structures of the pelvis and core awakens and potentiates our fundamental power, drive and creativity. Sound is the mechanism that moves formlessness into form, and ‘unwrinkles’ any disturbance in our field of vibration.
These two modalities are so complementary - igniting our foundation and power through movement and breath before integrating this deeply and allowing ourselves to be deeply held in the energy we have generated, expanding and integrating everything from our physical practice to support thriving reality in our daily lives.
Sharing a herbal tea to close brings us home to our bodies in connection with the earth’s bounty; herbs such as chamomile, lemon balm, rose, tulsi and blue lotus come to support our immunity, reduce inflammation, open the heart, soothe the nervous system and connect with our dreams. Each session there will be an intuitive blend created for the group based on the season, the moon cycle and the energy of the day.
This session offers a wonderful exploration of the nervous system and the physical and energetic bodies, and will facilitate deep peaceful rest.

Lunar Sisterhood - Gathering in the Deep Feminine
Lunar Sisterhood is an invitation to gather in the full moon’s reflective glory. It is a dedicated space to share, sing, listen, and rest deeply. An immersion in the feminine realm where we move beyond doing and simply learn to be.
Here we encounter the unknowable parts of ourselves. We relax into our fullness, allowing the tidal sweep of the moon to stir the depths, then clear and cleanse what needs to wash away.
The Evening Flow
Movement: A grounded practice to arrive in the body.
Sharing: A circle for honest connection and belonging.
Rest: Guided visualisation and a restorative Sound Bath.
A Space for Belonging This circle honours the Celtic calendar and the seasons of a woman’s life—from maiden to crone. Whether you seek to nourish your creativity, find healing, or simply connect with other women, you are welcome exactly as you are. Often, the simple act of committing to show up allows what needs to surface to begin its work.
