Often we get to October and find ourselves on a slippery busy slope toward Christmas, overwhelmed with outward activity when we want to be turning in toward our hearts as darkness begins to surround us.

Dora and Charlotte have created an opportunity for you to pause at the Equinox, the cusp of the days shortening, to gather around the fire and come into deep rest and nourishment. We will come together to reflect on the rich fruits and harvest of the year, creating space for gratitude and expansive intentional time to harness, focus and direct our energy as we go into the darker months.

You are welcome to join for one or two days September 23rd and 24th; accommodation for up to three nights can be booked separately in the treehouse, cabin and bell tents on-site. We will gather on Wyldland, with woodland, waters and sloped meadow, lovingly tended by local families, to honour the land and our bodies with collective and individual dreaming, reflection and rest.

Each day we will gather from 10-8(ish) and you are invited to participate in a Yoga Nidra with Dora, a Crystalline Sound Bath with Charlotte and a personal treatment of your choosing (selected from Back and Indian Head Massage, Outdoor Woodland Bath, Indulgent Herbal Foot Scrub Soak and Massage, first-come first-served). There will be opening/closing circles with singing and sharing around the fire. Delicious lunch, dinner and refreshments will be provided, and breakfast is included with accommodation for those booking. (We cannot accommodate specific dietary requirements, so please bring your own food if you need to.)

Back and Indian Head Massage will be offered by Kim, Dora will provide the outdoor bathing and Charlotte the footscrub, soak and massage. Back Angels https://www.instagram.com/backangelsuk/?hl=en inversion therapy sessions will be available from Barry throughout the weekend (15 minutes, optional donation toward tending the land).

Location details will be shared when you confirm your booking, we will be a few minutes from Uckfield train station and there is parking available.

We will have a daily maximum of ten participants and a minimum of six (or twelve over the weekend). If we haven’t sold the minimum spaces by September 14th we will let you know and issue full refunds. Early bird pricing of £188 per day until August 10th, then £211.

Please note sound baths are contraindicated in the first and third trimester of pregnancy, for those who experience epilepsy and for anyone who has recently had metal plates fitted. Please contact Charlotte prior to booking if you have any questions.
