We will share a crystalline sound journey to amplify your heart’s vision. We will journey with Rose to connect with our hearts, supporting the etheric presence of our visions and dreams to connect with the fruit of this season, and what is being offered for composting. 

Rose is our plant ally for this exploration - the gentle, loving wisdom of this glorious flower holds us in whatever sorrow or joy we experience and can be the best of friends to accompany us on the journey of revealing our heart’s deepest fulfillment.

Please bring everything you need to be comfortable - yoga mat, sheepskins, hot water bottle, a blanket (even on a warm day - often sound bathing has a cooling effect on the body) - anything to show love to your precious body as we journey together. You may also want to bring a journal (Charlotte usually has some notebooks and pens in case you forget).

Please note sound baths are contraindicated for the first and third trimesters of pregnancy, if you suffer from epilepsy or have had any metal plates fitted within the last few months. Feel free to contact Charlotte if you have any questions.
