Join Charlotte in her home, where the loft sanctuary provides a haven for a small group to gather, soften, and sink into deep rest. A space where the nervous system is given full permission to exhale — supporting sleep, digestion, and a quiet return to feeling good in your body
Each session is 90 minutes, with gentle time to land either end. We begin with guided breath and movement to arrive fully, before relaxing into a visualisation and immersive sound bath woven with drum, rattle, flute and Crystal Tones singing bowls. We close with herbal tea to nourish and restore you gently back into your day.
Mats, sheepskins, bolsters and blankets are all provided — everything you need to rest deeply. Most people enjoy sound baths lying down, though if you would prefer to be seated or reclined on a massage table, simply let Charlotte know in advance.
Charlotte occasionally makes high quality recordings of sessions — these are available to subscribers of Love Revolution.
To Note
There are two staircases to reach the space. Please mention any allergies at the time of booking.
Sound baths are contraindicated during the first and third trimesters of pregnancy, if you suffer from epilepsy, or have had metal plates fitted within the last few months. Please reach out with any questions.
Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable, though Charlotte will always do her best to accommodate you in special circumstances.
