Sound Healing, Women’s Circles, Retreats and Yoga in Oxfordshire and London
Charlotte’s work is an invitation to stillness, guided by a lifelong relationship with the foundational power of sound. From a classical training in voice, percussion and flute to over twenty years of immersion in psychotherapy, yoga, and indigenous ceremony, her path has been one of refining the bridge between the material and the vibrational.
Journey
With a career that has traversed the high-pressure worlds of international fashion, TV, ecommerce, property development, publishing and large-scale strategic projects, Charlotte understands the modern necessity for deep, restorative reset. She carries the grounded wisdom of a natural guide built on both professional mastery and an intuitive understanding of what the body needs in the moment. Her world now is different from the one that gave her a law degree from Exeter University, saw her organising London Fashion Week or working with the BBC on a prime time show and she understands what it is to walk in the world of professional intensity that can be accompanied by burnout, personal misalignment and searching for purpose.
Charlotte is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher (with additional training in Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra) and a Crystal Sonic Therapy practitioner. For over a decade, she has held space for women’s circles and sound immersions, facilitating environments where the "doing" mind can finally soften into "being" and we can gracefully encounter the parts of ourselves that everyday life ignores.
Philosophy
If all matter is vibration, then sound is our most direct tool for transformation. Charlotte’s approach is non-linear and non-classical. By allowing sound to move through the body without the constraints of language or traditional harmonic structure, she facilitates an encounter with the subconscious unique to this modality.
Whether through the resonant song of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, the ancestral heartbeat of her (own made) Colombian drum and rattle, or the delicate clarity of chimes and bells, Charlotte adds her vocals to create an intuitive aural landscape that allows the nervous system to relax into a state of deep, fluid fullness.
Space
Charlotte’s work—whether in her home studio, a historic venue, or under the light of the full moon—provides a sanctuary to connect with the seasons of the land, the inner landscape of your body and the tidal rhythms of your own being.
Charlotte works with private clients in London and Oxfordshire, and hosts bespoke retreats and immersive sound experiences in her loft studio in Oxfordshire/North Cotswolds.
