She brings the same conscientious depth and awareness to personalised experiences in her North Oxfordshire loft studio. Bespoke Retreats
The loft studio in Shenington, North Oxfordshire sits above the Cotswold hills in a village that has very little noise and a great deal of light (and the brightest stars on a dark dark night).
A Bespoke Retreat with Charlotte is designed around you: your body, your timing, your intention. It is not a packaged product. Sound, bodywork, movement and stillness, woven together into an experience designed specifically for you.

Song of Life
One of the unique, beautiful ways Charlotte holds space for deep, lasting change is through Song Of Life, which provides a durational container tailored to your requirements, holding you through periods of transformation or specific soul work to fully comprehend and integrate your journey and process.
The arc of this container holds you over time, sometimes over the course of a year, which offers depth and substance that you can drop into knowing you are held with clarity and spaciousness to meet yourself fully.
One to One/Individual Sessions
Personal sessions offer a space for you to rest and receive, and/or process something specific. Often you will find you drop into a space of deep awareness and insight, that in creating this time for yourself you make the necessary space to receive the necessary fragments reflecting the fullness of life’s magnificent plan for you.
Collective Alchemy
These are brilliant for holding groups of friends, colleagues or families in a place of kindness and ease to come into presence and, if necessary, approach change with gentle curiousity and peace.
Audible Elixirs
This is one of the most delightful, affordable and dreamy ways to create something for yourself or a loved one. Truly special and unusual, you can send me a brief note of your hopes and intentions and receive a high quality recording weaving visualisation, breath, guided movement and/or sound to create an elixir that sustains and nourishes the receipient.
