A Sounds Alchemical session supports you to rest deeply and restore the body, connecting to the "rest and digest" parasympathetic nervous system. Sound can function as a short-cut to meditation, supporting the body to literally harmonise and settle into presence, calmness and peace, connecting to its ability to heal itself.

Charlotte uses Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls from Crystal Tones which are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear; you feel them in your body, with different tones affecting specific energy centres for healing, balancing & meditation.

Sessions offer an opportunity for you to explore where you are stuck and provide the opportunity to change how you relate to those places, bringing harmony to your system at a cellular level. Charlotte works with a variety of instruments as well as the bowls, including her drum and rattle (which she made in Columbia), chimes, kalimba and her voice.

In a One to One Session Charlotte will bring her bowls for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home and will discuss your hopes and intentions before playing the bowls intuitively, using a variety of techniques - either “combing” the biofield to explore any areas that are out of resonance to bring them back into harmony, or simply bathing you with sound to support your system in finding its natural capacity to flow in holistic rhythm.
