Resonant Chamber is a private half-day created entirely around you - a continuous arc of sound, bodywork, movement and ceremony held in an unhurried, intuitive space.

We usually begin with a converation about what you are experiencing and moving through; this allows an intuitive unfolding of what we will explore in our time together. If you are able to reflect ahead of time and come with some questions you’ll often find the answers flow naturally in this space.

From there the session shapes in response to what is flowing from our discourse; what you are carrying, what wants to move and what needs to be held.

This usually incorporates guided movement, breath, intuitive body work. Our time together is spacious, you can use the garden and the church next door to take some time for yourself before and after the session and if you are travelling to Oxfordshire this experience can be shaped as part of a retreat with accommodation and meals provided.
