Dancing with sacred plants of the Amazon including Cacao

The Cacao we will be with is the best on the planet! It has been studied and contains higher Theobromides than any other recorded. The Cacao grows low in the forest canopy with smaller fruit than many cultivated plants and is uniquely glorious. Rocio will share movement and stories relating to Cacao and other plants that you will have the choice to receive in tincture form under the tongue. We will have a deliciously relaxing, expansive and nourishing evening together.

Introduction to Romanteo movement practices for self-care with manta (cotton shawl) 

Saturday - 10 am - 4 pm (allow an hour longer if possible in case we run over)

We will learn how to use the manta - protocols and positions for clearing a few fundamental parts of the body using this beautiful traditional method. This is an opening into a practice that will be layered over time, although you will still benefit if you have previously attended a session with Rocio. The session begins to establish the foundation for practices that are not only used for self care - hopefully Rocio will keep returning to teach this work in a way that can ultimately be shared with women to support their energy system and physical body, particularly in pregnancy and the post-partum period.

For this session you will need to bring your own manta. The fabric should be close weave, like a cotton sheet - maybe thicker but not looser; the size varies for each woman and needs to cover from the waist to the mid-thigh of the back body, and to generously reach around the bust with enough length for a couple of hands of fabric beyond your hands when arms are extended. Breast care and disease prevention

Sunday - 10 am - 4 pm

The breasts are unique transmitters of different energies of high and low frequency. They collect energies from within personal, family and even planetary life and can keep undesirable memories. The most outstanding role among the several that they fulfill that they are the first channel of communication and feeding with the newborn.

Communication channels that can generate electromagnetic and quantum waves. These are not possible to emulate with external technology or artifacts. They regulate temperature and composition of human milk perfectly for feeding infant children.

For these mentioned reasons, Rocio will offer energetic movements using the manta (please see note above/for Saturday regarding this) to renew the energies in them in order to prevent disease and promote health. We will be clothed for this session; please wear loose clothing and be prepared to remove your bra if you wear one.

You can join for one, two or all three sessions. All three are offered with a reduction at £305/£229

Please bring a packed lunch and whatever snacks you need for each event, we will be able to provide some herbal teas and water and some fridge space if needed.
