You’re invited to melt into an afternoon exploration of sound and resonance, receiving the frequency of Crystal Alchemy singing bowls and other instruments into your body, bringing harmony to your system at a cellular level.

We will be settling to rest deeply, for a guided visualisation and journey through a sonic landscape to emerge recharged.

Bathing in sound supports the body to rest deeply, accessing an interior world for restorative relaxation. This session will invite you to drop into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" part of the nervous system, encouraging your body to do what it needs to take care of itself.

The venue is a private residence so please bring your own mats, blankets and bolsters - if you wish you are welcome to bring extra layers/sheepskins/pillows. You will be sent the full address details following sign up.
