Join Charlotte in her home, where the loft is a welcoming haven for a small group of us to gather and come into deep rest and relaxation, regulating the nervous system and supporting sleep, digestion and feeling good in your body.

These sessions are 50 minutes long, we will usually start with some gentle guided breath and movement then relax with visualisation and sound bath. Herbal tea, chocolate and nuts are offered on completing the session and mats, sheepskins, bolsters and blankets are provided. Please note any allergies when you make your booking. Please note there are two stair cases to get to the space we use and Charlotte usually makes high quality recordings of sessions, which you can receive if you subscribe to Love Revolution.
