Saturday - introduction to Romanteo movement practices for self-care with manta (cotton shawl - please bring your own one of these - we will send details on selecting this)

Sunday - breast care and disease prevention

Dr. Ligia Rocio Alarcón has a PhD in Ethnopharmacology and has lived among various tribes in the Ecuadorean Amazon. Her wisdom and love as it relates to plants and in particular women’s health is truly beautiful to encounter and receive.
