Join Charlotte for a movement practice rooted in presence, designed to support spinal health, mobility, and a sense of internal quiet.
The core of the class is built upon dynamic sequencing inspired by Space n Flow yoga. Using a grounded relationship with the breath, we move through sequences designed to unlock the spine and encourage a sense of spaciousness throughout the entire body.
These sessions offer a thoughtful blend of disciplines, drawing on the gentle longevity of Qi Gong, the mindful precision of Pilates, and the restorative depth of Yin Yoga.
To join: £10 for a single session / £9 for intro class/first four classes for price of three. Concessions are available—please do reach out if cost is a barrier; everyone is welcome.
What to bring: Please bring something to drink, a yoga mat and a warm layer or small blanket for the end of class.
