Join us for a deeply relaxing and magical journey with crystal singing bowls at this time when the veils are thin, our energy needs to turn inward and we can connect deeply within to tune in to the song of our ancestors.

We will begin with some gentle movement and breathwork to open and relax the body before coming to rest and enjoy a guided visualisation and sound bath, supported by crystal singing bowls and other instruments. This time of year is when the veils between worlds are said to be thin, our ancestors come closer and we can turn to them for the support and guidance we seek. We can also ask for resolution of any patterns or issues they left behind when they passed over. We will gently explore these possibilities in a contained, loving portal with the intention that our lives be enriched and the flow of love in all our relationships moves with more liberty and open expression.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring warm layers as well as yoga mats/sheepskins to lie on. We will have a few spare sheepskins available if you need one.

Charlotte and Emma have known each other for over twenty years, this is the first collaboration in Emma’s showroom and you are invited to join us from around 2.30 pm to view collections from xxxx and we will begin our journey at around 4 pm, finishing no later than 6 pm.

Please note sound baths are contraindicated for the first and third trimesters of pregnancy, if you suffer from epilepsy or have had any metal plates fitted within the last few months. Feel free to contact Charlotte if you have any questions.
