Song of Life Zoë - Session One - Why?
Curiosity.
Reciprocal process of creative exploration; ’improvised learning’.
Community Creation.
Who is your audience/community? Where are they? How do you want to meet/engage?
What does this look like in 3/6/8 months?
What do you need from me from accountability perspective to support your vision?
Song of Life Zoë - Session Two - Held in Wholeness; Calling in Support
Baba Yaga and Vasilisa - sorting the grain from the chaff - here is a (probably unauthorised) recording of Clarissa Pinkola Estes’s version - it’s included in Women Who Run With The Wolves
Golden circle of support in all the realms
Coming to centre, to the fullness of your power, faith and trust in being supported and complete just as you are right now
Provision a physical space to contain your work/play
Facilitating a daily practice
Inviting community to support you; sitting with what a ’lauch’ might be
Refining, defining, aligning - the places to share your communication and elevate your offering
Song of Life Zoë - Session Three - The Drop and The Ocean - Full Frequency and Golden Threads
Deep honouring of the origin story
Containing impeccable space for union with the paradox
Allow your tenderness to be held by infinite beauty
Jenny Terbell - Feeding Your Demons
LIBERTY
Song of Life Zoë - Session Four - Salt Basin Containing the Waters of Deep Peace
Transitional container of deep peace
Feeling the pull and distractions of all the energies trying to hook attention; holding centre; finding peace in the transition; allowing spaciousness/unfilled space
The first recordings below is to prepare for the animal journeys then the second is an abbreviation of the first followed by the Camel journey.
The meditation is pretty powerful and it took a lot for it to come through, I’d recommend sitting to do it for the first time and having journal close by, then do the third one before sleeping/dreaming when you feel like it. Or whatever feels right:)
Song of Life Zoë - Session Five - From a Life Aquatic, Coming to Land
CLarity and strength in knowing direction of travel, ease in what needs to be said and done.
Fear of failing to remain faithful.
Tangleweeds at the feet.
Path becoming clear.
