Song of Life Zoë - Session One - Why?

Curiosity.

Reciprocal process of creative exploration; ’improvised learning’.

Community Creation.

Who is your audience/community? Where are they? How do you want to meet/engage?

What does this look like in 3/6/8 months?

What do you need from me from accountability perspective to support your vision?

Song of Life Zoë - Session Two - Held in Wholeness; Calling in Support

Baba Yaga and Vasilisa - sorting the grain from the chaff - here is a (probably unauthorised) recording of Clarissa Pinkola Estes’s version - it’s included in Women Who Run With The Wolves

Golden circle of support in all the realms

Coming to centre, to the fullness of your power, faith and trust in being supported and complete just as you are right now

Provision a physical space to contain your work/play

Facilitating a daily practice

Inviting community to support you; sitting with what a ’lauch’ might be

Refining, defining, aligning - the places to share your communication and elevate your offering

Song of Life Zoë - Session Three - The Drop and The Ocean - Full Frequency and Golden Threads

Deep honouring of the origin story

Containing impeccable space for union with the paradox

Allow your tenderness to be held by infinite beauty

Song of Life Zoë - Session Four - Salt Basin Containing the Waters of Deep Peace

Transitional container of deep peace

Feeling the pull and distractions of all the energies trying to hook attention; holding centre; finding peace in the transition; allowing spaciousness/unfilled space

The first recordings below is to prepare for the animal journeys then the second is an abbreviation of the first followed by the Camel journey.

The meditation is pretty powerful and it took a lot for it to come through, I’d recommend sitting to do it for the first time and having journal close by, then do the third one before sleeping/dreaming when you feel like it. Or whatever feels right:)

Song of Life Zoë - Session Five - From a Life Aquatic, Coming to Land

CLarity and strength in knowing direction of travel, ease in what needs to be said and done.

Fear of failing to remain faithful.

Tangleweeds at the feet.

Path becoming clear.

Song of Life Zoë - Session Six - A Space For You To Commit To Yourself; To Keep Coming Home To Yourself

Consolidating, acknowledging the process, the dance of beginning ending and simply being all at once, honouring the courage and reslience required to reside in the space of YOU, the simple obviously effortlessness of it too. GRACE.

Thank you Zoë for the commitment and clarity you have brought to this journey. It is a glorious honour to have held space for you to explore your self in this way. It has been beautiful to inhabit and amplify the realms we have explored together. I’m so excited to see and hear what comes next!

With love,

Just dropping in to a journey remembering where we started this. The inspiration for choosing to come into this space and where we began with that watery time what it was to be the rushing waters finding the riverbed and the sides the river bank and the trees opening into the vast expanse of water coming into stillness with the water feeling supported floating and having an awareness of the tangles Learn how to dance with them and move yourself free of them.

Come into trusting your heart, your body, your deep knowing and your presence. Trusting life as it unfolds in this moment. Wholly perfect. And you made your way onto land. You knew how to choose your path.

And just allowing yourself now to find the threshold to the forest. And just take some time to look back. And maybe look up at the sky, down at the earth and behind you at the path you have travelled, the waters that have held you and that will always be there for you whenever you need them, for you to merge and emerge.

And look in front of you at the forest and notice how that feels for you to go into the woods. Are they filled with soft green light and clarity? Can you see the creatures and plants or is it just a dark deep fragrant mystery and maybe something else that is your making of it? Just allowing yourself to feel into whether now is the time to enter the forest and give yourself permission to lie here on the boundary if that feels right and just let my voice and the sounds wash over you.

Or, if it feels right, to step in; to find a path that is more felt than seen and to feel a journey's end that is a landing rather than a destination; that is something recognised deep inside you and you are following that sense of home inside your being inside your body it takes you now to your hut in the woods. Just let yourself see it. Notice... scale, the size. Any windows? Any doors? Any decks? Or paths around the outside? Any chimneys? Any creatures or plants. Allow yourself to step inside. Maybe there's a super comfortable chair by a fire. Maybe the writing desk of dreams. Noticing what you look out upon from this desk.

What your desk chair looks like.

And letting yourself feel what it is to be in the space of your word being called  forth. In the space of play. How does it feel to give yourself total permission to be here and stay here as long as you want. Just notice whether there are any other rooms. Maybe this hut is simply that space. Or maybe there is space here for sharing it with others in time. Letting yourself feel into that possibility. Maybe it's the garden outside. Maybe a beautiful loft. Or a hidden tree house, just adjacent. Just letting yourself travel to this place. Where you are sharing your words and you are being seen and met and others are creating – all breathing life into each other's dreams, truly inspired.

Letting yourself open into how that feels. Maybe there's laughter. Maybe that resonance of a heart feeling of being seen and known and safe. Maybe it's another room in the heart. Maybe it's another space. Maybe it's outside, maybe in.

But just notice that there is a place for you to rest.

Maybe it is by the fire in that space of play and of writing and of allowing your creative expression to have full residence and maybe you want to rest in that space by the fire.

Maybe there's a hammock in the trees or a mossy nook at the base of the roots. Maybe it's a bed of blankets and animal skins, surrounded by this community of reciprocity and creativity.

And there are people around you just stroking your hair, holding the back of your heart, brushing your energy field with feathers, the smokes of copal and rosemary, sweet herbs, singing sweet songs in your ears and blessing your body.

Warm oils melting on your feet, your hands, your sacrum, your shoulders. Surrounded by love and care. Being seen and met and welcomed. Maybe there's another room in the hut that has an enormous bed. With the deepest, thickest mattress that welcomes your body into deep rest.

The fluffiest of light, warm covers and a perfection of pillows, holding your whole being.

Just so.

Maybe somehow you can be held by all these places at once.

Or you're choosing just one of them.

Whether that's feeling the lick of the flames of the fire.

The gentleness of the breeze.

The love of those around you, or the total restorative softness.

Coming into deep rest, inspired, by these places and spaces and just seeing your own fullness taking a moment to look upon yourself and to see your own courage, your own resilience, all the ways you have had to hold your heart strong, allowing a melting embrace for yourself, by yourself.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for being you.

Thank you for saying yes to life.
