Sound Healing, Women’s Circles, Retreats and Yoga in Oxfordshire and London

Charlotte Hastings has spent her career being recognised for her ability to see what others miss and hold space for what matters. She historically did that in boardrooms, delivering high-stakes projects and events with global impact; now you find her applying these skills to create the conditions for genuine stillness and presence as a lived, physical experience that infuses and informs your everyday life to create an experience of integrity, wholeness and fulfillment.

Journey

After two decades navigating the high-pressure worlds of fashion, media, property development and strategic consultancy, she understands, from the inside, what it costs to perform without rest. She left that world deliberately, gradually creating the world you are invited into via this site.

Her training spans classical voice, Crystal Sonic Therapy, Yoga Alliance certification (Vinyasa with additional study in Yin, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra), and over twenty years of immersion in psychotherapy, yoga and indigenous ceremony. Her instruments — Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls, her own-made Colombian drum, chimes, bells and voice — are chosen for their specificity, not their aesthetics.

Philosophy

If all matter is vibration, then sound is our most direct tool for transformation. Charlotte’s approach is non-linear and non-classical. By allowing sound to move through the body without the constraints of language or traditional harmonic structure, she facilitates an encounter with the subconscious unique to this modality.

Whether through the resonant song of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, the ancestral heartbeat of her drum and rattle, or the delicate clarity of chimes and bells, Charlotte adds her vocals to create an intuitive aural landscape that allows the nervous system to relax into a state of deep, fluid fullness.

Space

Charlotte’s work—whether in her home studio, an historic venue, or under the light of the full moon—provides a sanctuary to connect with the seasons of the land, the inner landscape of your body and the tidal rhythms of your own being.

Charlotte works with private clients in London and Oxfordshire, and hosts bespoke retreats and immersive sound experiences in her loft studio in the North Cotswolds.

If something here resonates, I would be glad to hear from you.
